When you decide to proceed with the treatment, we will arrange a diagnostic appointment, lasting approximately 45 minutes, to take digital X-rays and photos of your teeth. Dr. Levine will then review the records with you to confirm or to adjust your planned treatment as required. Our Treatment Coordinator will then arrange your future appointments with you.
Your consultation appointment will take approximately one hour and includes being greeted by our Treatment Coordinator, Bev, who will help you fill out your patient information form. You can, however, save time by downloading our patient information form, filling it out beforehand and bringing it to your appointment.
After meeting with Bev, Dr. Levine will introduce himself, conduct an examination and discuss the diagnosis and treatment options with you. Then Bev will provide you with information concerning future appointments, payment plans and insurance coverage. She will also answer any questions you might have about our office procedures.
